BUILD

With building permits posted onsite, we are ready to mobilize and take with us all logistics required to start a project. But, prior mobilization, we will coordinate with all parties involved. We'll ensure that all permit and license requirements are procured and properly posted. If a landlord is involved, we'll provide all insurance and other documentation requirements.  We will perform a pre-construction checklist to establish proper Tag-Out/Lock-Out procedures of all utilities currently present onsite. We are OSHA 30 Certified.

If specialty materials and equipment are involved, we will proceed to process all necessary submittal package for approval and acceptance by the owner prior procurement and installation. Our goal is to provide a satisfactory experience to our client, and we can only achieve this if we allow ourselves to be in their shoes and feel their expectations. We try to fulfill them by providing professional and conscientious service at all times.

This is where the actual action begins. The jobsite will become alive, busy and noisy too. But our commitment to strictly adhere to our established building procedures and to promote a safe working environment is always our top priority.  Our crew is comprised of seasoned and highly skilled workers who are dedicated to always perform any installation work with the highest quality of workmanship in mind. Our experienced Project Manager is visibly active in all our jobsite locations and ready to pull up his sleeves to extend his expertise and assistance at any time.

Our experience gives us the confidence that we can hurdle all required inspections during construction and at the final stage of the project. At EDGE-BUILDERS we created a system to pre-inspect all installation before any City Inspection, this way we can minimize instances of failed inspection and avoid wasting time on re-inspections.

Most private client will probably ask about what activities are involved under this section. Our previous experience in larger and public project scenarios allowed us to develop a system to effectively document a project.  Close Out documents will include As-Built Plans, Warranties and Operations Manuals for any equipment installed. These documentations will come in handy later, especially if a retrofit or new renovation work is going to be introduced.

Finally, the most awaited moment - the turn over of the project to the client after all final inspections and testings are performed. All necessary trainings and endorsements are also going to be performed at the turn over day. Enjoy and have fun for another dream is realized.
