Churches are unique construction projects with its own sets of specialty material specifications. From elaborate acoustic wall treatment to complex audio visual equipment installation puts it on a different class of its own. 

Hospitals are by far has the most stringent construction specifications and building requirements. Infection control is a constant activity during construction, but the strict OSHPD guidelines is what put this type of project above the rest. 

This is quite a large scale project that involves over 200 residential units on a 4 story building. Several elevators and series of ramp systems ensure full handicap accessibility compliance.  This project was completed safely.

Building off the ground is the purest form of construction. Everything needs to be built according to plans and you don't have to worry about potential conflicts with existing conditions, except that the soils might need additional mitigation.

These are specialty construction on their own right. The finishes are impeccable, the materials are topnotch quality, and the equipment are state-of-the-art. The  Electrical and Mechanical systems involved are complicated, to say the least, but is still a fun build.

Now, this build is within our element, having built numerous restaurants in the past and being exposed to its operations, this type of construction projects draws very near to our core. It's challenging but it's fun.

Our experience also includes building over 10 convenience store locations within a short span of time. So, we can say that we know a thing or two regarding C-Store design and construction.

These are the most unique type of builds that we had experienced in the past. Pre-fabricated buildings being assembled in no time that perfectly fits the foundation and rough-ins is totally amazing. Imagine a building built in a factory hundred of miles away from the jobsite, then one day it rolls into the site complete with all fixtures and finishes. A-mazin!
