Our combined project management experience ranges from tenant improvement and remodel/modernization, as well as ground-up construction projects. Our project management services can be involved at the onset of your project planning or at any stage of construction that may suit your requirements. Our project management focus is to deliver each project by meeting its scheduled completion and budget in a safety-compliant manner.
• Project Scheduling - Effectively monitoring a project is an essential component of an efficient Project Management practice. At EDGE-BUILDERS, we developed a comprehensive construction project schedule system that includes all required definitive tasks that not only can be resource and/or cost-loaded,  but can also generate simplified summaries that clearly identify all critical path-affecting activities at any given time. In our experience, some construction professionals and most property owners tend to shy away from scrutinizing a stack of project schedule documents lined with thousands of entries and mind-boggling date sequences that don't seem comprehensible at all. Our project schedule system is customizable and integrable with other scheduling applications already in use.  Additionally, we can also generate corresponding recovery schedules as a project may require. Our extensive field construction experience allows us to allocate realistic construction task assumptions, duration, and method sequencing for each activity.  
  
• RFI/Close Out Documentation - Our keen eye for detail allows us to evaluate each construction package methodically  and anticipate potential build-out conflicts with respect to existing conditions or missing and/or insufficient detailed drawings. Equally, our ability and background also enable us to provide suggestions, perform quick field sketches, and provide alternative detail drawings/procedure that will help facilitate the continuity of the build process and ultimately avoid costly delays. We believe that a properly documented project will enhance coordination among all parties involved and will aid the timely completion of the project.
  
• Project Changes-Cost/Time Impacts Analyses - We can assist in reviewing and determining potential contract changes that will result in corresponding cost and time impacts. In cases that a contract change is inevitable, we can provide line item cost estimates for each additional or deleted scope of work.
